Export Exicutive

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth international logistics operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and import/export laws.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments, ensuring they receive timely updates and resolving any issues that arise.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available for export and communicate with the procurement team as needed.
• Customs Clearance: Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about international market trends, shipping costs, and regulations affecting export operations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare reports on shipping status, inventory, and costs for management
