Job Summary:

We are looking for a
smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager
who can efficiently handle our product inventory, manage dispatches to outlets on time, and ensure quality checks for every incoming and outgoing stock. The candidate should have a strong sense of accountability, discipline, and an eye for product movement trends (fast, slow, and non-moving).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    daily warehouse operations
    — receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
  • Conduct
    quality checks
    on all incoming goods from production and vendor supplies.
  • Coordinate with outlet teams
    to understand product demand and dispatch accordingly.
  • Maintain
    accurate inventory records
    in system and physically verify stock regularly.
  • Identify
    slow-moving and non-moving items
    and report to management for corrective action.
  • Ensure
    timely dispatch
    of products to all outlets as per schedule.
  • Maintain
    cleanliness, order, and safety
    within the warehouse.
  • Oversee
    loading/unloading, labeling, and stacking
    as per SOP.
  • Prepare
    daily stock reports
    and coordinate with accounts and production teams.
  • Ensure
    FIFO
    (First In, First Out) inventory method is followed.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in warehouse/inventory management (preferably in FMCG or food industry).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
    .
  • Proficient in
    Excel / Inventory management software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho, etc.)
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset to identify
    stock movement trends
    .
  • Ability to manage
    team of loaders, helpers, and dispatch staff
    .
