**Quality Assurance (QA)** - _Process-Oriented_
- Develop, implement, and maintain **quality management systems (QMS)** in compliance with industry standards (ISO, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Create and update **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for all production and quality-related processes.
- Conduct **internal audits** to ensure processes comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate **training programs** for staff on quality awareness, hygiene, and process compliance.
- Identify process gaps and recommend **preventive measures** to avoid quality failures.

**Quality Control (QC)** - _Product-Oriented_
- Inspect incoming **raw materials**, in-process production stages, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform **laboratory tests** (physical, chemical, microbiological) as per quality standards.
- Maintain **records of test results** and prepare quality reports for management review.
- Implement **sampling plans** and testing procedures based on product type.
- Investigate and document **non-conformities** and coordinate corrective actions with production.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
