**Job Description: Quality Control Executive - Fashion Industry**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the complete quality control process from **stitching to packing** for men’s and women’s knitted fabric garments.
- Implement quality checks at all production stages to maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct **pre-production sample (PPS) checks** before bulk production begins.
- Inspect garment panels before the stitching process to ensure defect-free production.
- Conduct **in-line inspections** after 10% of goods are completed to detect and address any quality issues early.
- Perform **final inspection** before dispatch to ensure adherence to customer and company standards.
- Frequently visit vendors and factories to monitor quality and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed reports and records of quality inspections and corrective actions.
- Provide feedback and guidance to vendors to improve production quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in quality control for fashion/apparel, specifically in knitted garments.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, and vendor management.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations for inspections.
- **Communication**: Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with export houses or reputed fashion brands.
- Knowledge of international quality standards for garment manufacturing.

**Salary**: As per industry standards

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
