**Key Requirements**:

- **Applicants from B.Sc. Nursing, BAMS, GNM background**:

- Experience working in both clinical and non-clinical settings and understands the skills and requirements to succeed in the role
- A minimum of 1-2 years commitment to the job role
- Ability to understand, write and speak Hindi as well as Punjabi for patient interaction
- Working Knowledge of computers, good typing skills, well versed with Microsoft Office
- Analytical & Data Entry skills on spread sheet
- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite
- The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accuracy
- Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interaction with patients and patient counseling
- Factor infusion to patients with Haemophilia
- Coordinating multidisciplinary patient care
- Drafting letters
- Preparing factor utilization reports
- Interest in research
- Making educational presentations
- Attends and participates in BMT program specific quality meetings and performance
- improvement projects.
- Performs data collection and entry as required for the BMT program’s quality and compliance
- Maintains education and current working knowledge of policies and procedures unique to the transplant program and the role of the transplant coordinator
- Participates in ongoing continuing education specific to the transplant program
- Enters data into required locations, including transplant specific database, following defined workflow
- Obtains, compiles and manages Patient records as required by program and regulatory guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
