**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our automotive products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s automotive offerings, including vehicles, parts, and services.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist customers in the purchasing process by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, service consultations, or meetings with sales representatives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
- Report on call outcomes, customer inquiries, and sales leads to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

### **Qualifications**:

- Graduation or equivalent; a degree.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali & manageable English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
- A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about the industry.

**Location
- Taratala, Ruby, Saltlake, Howrah, Dharmotola.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
