Tele Caller - Sales

Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd is seeking energetic and driven Tele Callers to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and drive bookings for our children's entertainment services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers to introduce our company's services and offerings
- Identify prospects' needs and interests to effectively pitch our entertainment packages
- Build rapport with customers and provide detailed information about our services
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Accurately log all customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries, objections and follow up on leads in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve calling strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers over the phone
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to identify and overcome objections
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and resilience
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an asset
