About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Caller Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team.

As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, playing a key role in generating leads, following up on inquiries, and providing accurate information about our educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to provide information about courses and admission processes.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or meetings with senior counselors.
  • Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction during every interaction.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and seminars when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Good listening skills and a friendly, confident tone.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using digital tools.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
