- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer objections with ease.
- Previous experience in a customer service or tele-calling role is a plus (but not mandatory).
