The Local Development Team of
**Territory UK **is a talented group of developers, which supports the majority of the banks core business functions including Corporate Banking within the UK Territory. The scope of the department does NOT extend to the Capital Markets Arena (i.e. Fixed Income, Equities etc.)
The team develops and maintains internal bespoke software solutions for various departments such UK Payment flows, Business Support Services, Business Continuity Management and Client Services. It also offers valuable consultancy on suitable third party products to fulfil business requirements of these departments.

**Position Purpose**:
The role is for a SSE/Tech lead with total work experience between 5 to 7 years and at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience on design and technical architecture.
Previous experience within the investment-banking sector is not essential but a highly motivated and skilled individual who has experience to lead/guide/mentor developers is important.
