As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for developing and managing projects using **Revit Architectural Modeling**. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate project models, ensuring they meet project standards and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revit Project Development**: Create and manage architectural models from schematic design through construction documents.
- **Family Creation**: Develop and modify both standard and complex **parametric families** to support project needs and maintain a robust BIM library.
- **Annotation and Sheet Management**: Prepare and organize project sheets, including detailed annotation, dimensions, and schedules, ensuring all documentation is clear and coordinated.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of model accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our US-based team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** using **Revit Architecture**.
- Proven ability to develop complete projects, including model creation, annotation, and sheet setup.
- Strong understanding of **parametric family creation** is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good Communication Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
