As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

**Social Media Strategy**:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Identify key social media platforms for the target audience and industry.

**Content Creation**:Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including text, image, and video content.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and engagement.

**Audience Engagement**:Foster engagement with the audience through regular interaction, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture the online community.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaboration opportunities.

**Social Media Advertising**:Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Optimize ad performance based on key metrics and objectives.

**Stay Updated**:Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Recommend and implement new strategies and tools to improve the company's social media presence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
