Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all social media channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.

Join Our Team:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
