Social Media Executive

The Social Media Specialist will develop and manage integrated marketing programs across multiple social and digital channels as well as support specific initiatives, such as copywriting, website maintenance, events, product launches and promotions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an engaging digital, social media and content strategy for clients in alignment with the overall brand positioning, fully integrating with other non-digital marketing departments and assets, to achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities for online advocacy, editorial copy, community outreach efforts, promotional campaigns, launch/event announcements, etc.
- Manage all postings, tweets, responses and resolutions of customer feedback, using good judgment in safeguarding the brand image in responses and outreach in all social media communications.
- Develop and execute content creation and distribution strategies along with development of annual editorial calendar as part of the planning process.
- Work with the team to create, manage, and maintain consistent voice across all digital platforms (social, web, device, media coverage.)
- Assist with all Two Brothers digital marketing assets, including but not limited to website, content, paid digital advertising, mobile marketing.
- Create and deploy Facebook ads according to the needs of the clients.
- Create digital-forward promotions and experiences to drive engagement for core consumer segments for all Two Brothers businesses.
- Measure the impact of content, social media and digital marketing on overall marketing efforts, establishing metrics/benchmarks and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods in order to gauge success and regularly report performance to management.
- Manage any external resources/agencies as needed.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Superior written communication skills, with the ability to write for various needs ranging from posts to content creation.
- A creative individual who is self-motivated, passionate and ready to prove themselves and become part of a great team that will help to shape the company’s future.
- Ability to wear multiple hats in this position, as there will be times where you will need to fill and execute a variety of marketing roles.
- Knowledgeable in SEO / SEM to optimize sites and online promotions.
- Knowledgeable of multichannel content marketing - videos, blogs, social, etc.

Experience creating video/digital content a plus.
- Knowledge of all major social media platforms, digital management services, and social blogging.
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in digital and social media.
- Personable, outgoing individual with strong project management skills and can handle multiple projects at once.
- Collaborative, positive minded individual with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress (or similar web editors) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Experience with creative programs such as Video

Editing programs and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus.
- Working knowledge of digital and social measurement tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Must be willing to occasionally work weekends or evenings to cover events, respond to posts, etc.
- Passion/knowledge of craft beer and our brands (coffee/spirits/restaurants) is helpful.
- Minimum 1 year experience
