- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
