**Job Summary**:
We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Executive** to take charge of our social media presence. This role is all about building brand awareness, increasing online visibility, and engaging our audience with impactful content. If you love digital storytelling, know your way around all major social platforms, and enjoy a vibrant work culture — we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our brand and communication goals.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other engaging formats to keep our audience informed and entertained.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and viral moments to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging.
- Work collaboratively with content writers, designers, and other marketing team members.
- Support campaign ideation and execution focused on storytelling, culture-building, and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and content formats.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite).
- A genuine interest in online trends, brand storytelling, and digital communities.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Photography or short-form video creation skills.
