**Key Responsibilities**

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

2. Keep accurate records of all calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes.

3. Analyse captive customer data to identify opportunities and trends.

4. Schedule and align meetings with our sales team to facilitate the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a BPO or tele-calling role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
