EVENTS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

As Events and Marketing Coordinator you shall be responsible for promotion and sales support of Dad’s Hack kombucha to existing and new customers at external and internal events as well as coordination of our online and offline marketing activities

Your key responsibilities will include among others:

- Identify, schedule, plan, prepare, manage and execute events and samplings including local festivals, community / corporate events, in-store demos, on-premise promotions, etc
- Help identify and source new opportunities to sample products and create brand awareness
- Engage and educate consumers, retailers, B2B customers and partners on product, brand and category.
- Manage on-premise B2B customer support - optimise brand visibility (menu cards, merchandising, POS materials), conduct training/education sessions, pitch promo opportunities
- Coordinate and manage delivery of marketing activities online (social media content creation, posts, account communication) and offline (merchandising, marketing materials, etc)
- Recruiting, training, and managing part-time promoters, freelance contractors, agencies, etc

Skills required
- Experience in retail or hospitality management
- Experience and interest in digital marketing / social media
- Passion / interest in healthy living / food
- Good communication and management skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
