**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Research & Trend Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research to identify trending products, emerging market demands, and innovative beauty and lifestyle products.
- **Vendor Sourcing & Management**: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, and reliability.
- **Negotiation & Procurement**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining product quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that product stock aligns with customer demand and sales projections.
- **Product Launches**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, from planning to execution.
- **Sales & Profitability Analysis**: Track product performance, assess sales data, and make recommendations to improve profitability and product assortment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards before launch, coordinating any necessary adjustments with suppliers.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align product strategies with overall business goals.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Merchandiser in the **beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **product research** techniques, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent **vendor management** and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in **inventory management systems** and **Microsoft Office** tools.
- Strong **analytical skills** with a results-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing product launches within the **beauty or lifestyle** industry.
- Knowledge of **sustainability** trends in beauty and lifestyle products.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
