**Role Overview**:
As a Production Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will be the vital link between the design team, vendors, and factories, ensuring that quality, timelines, and costing align with QUA’s brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Coordination**: Manage the Time & Action (TNA) calendar for each style and ensure timely approvals and deliveries across all stages of production.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**: Liaise with vendors, mills, and factories to ensure raw material availability, quality standards, and adherence to production timelines.
- **Costing & Negotiation**: Work on product costing, fabric consumption, and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability and margin alignment.
- **Quality Oversight**: Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all products meet QUA’s quality standards, both during sampling and final production.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Track raw material requirements, monitor consumption, and coordinate with warehouse or production partners for stock planning.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed reports on production status, timelines, vendor performance, and costing.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, sourcing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of seasonal drops.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in production merchandising, preferably in women’s fashion or premium apparel brands.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, costing, and vendor ecosystems.
- Proven experience in managing multi-vendor production setups and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and production planning software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a solution-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
