**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate with vendors and suppliers** to source, negotiate, and procure products.
- **Manage stock levels** to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- **Place and track purchase orders** to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer demand to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Plan and implement product displays in-store or online for maximum appeal.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to oversee inventory flow.
- Maintain accurate records of product performance, stock movement, and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and company guidelines.
- Monitor competitor pricing and trends to stay competitive in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **product merchandising, retail, or supply chain management**.
- Strong understanding of **vendor management, order processing, and stock control**.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)**:

- Experience in **e-commerce, category management, or visual merchandising**.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and demand forecasting.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and sales analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
