**Role Summary**:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping seamless user experiences and designing interfaces that align with our business goals and user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Create clean, user-friendly, and responsive UI designs that enhance usability.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate and refine design decisions.
- Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines across all digital products.
- Communicate design ideas and present solutions to internal teams for feedback and alignment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- A solid portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience design work.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
