**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences and has a basic understanding of video editing to support multimedia content creation. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across web, mobile, and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups based on user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital assets.
- Support the marketing team with basic video editing tasks (e.g., reels, short promos, product walkthroughs).
- Contribute creative ideas for improving user experience and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Knowledge of creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present and explain your ideas clearly.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (mandatory); video editing samples (optional but preferred).
