We are seeking an Expert UI/UX Designer with a strong educational background from one of **India’s top design institutes**. This role is crucial to shaping the user experience and visual identity of our app, which focuses on facilitating real-world interactions. If you are passionate about designing interfaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the product development team to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect a deep understanding of user behavior and modern design principles.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all user touchpoints, from app interfaces to marketing materials.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in mobile app design.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and other industry-standard design software.
- **Understanding of User-Centered Design**: Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and to translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers.
