**Key Responsibilities and Roles**:
**UI/UX Designer**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
- Assist in designing user journeys, workflows, and interactive experience. Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementations are aligned with the intended vision.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**All the Fresher applicants are also whole heartedly accepted for further discussion but the portfolio should be pretty good enough and Impressive.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or about related field.
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator and accordingly.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Quick learn, Confident and Best at Delivering Projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
