As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing digital interfaces, and ensuring that the final product provides an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality designs that align with business objectives and user expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Use various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- **User Interface Design**: Design visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Pay attention to typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- **Interaction Design**: Define user interactions and micro-interactions to make the interface intuitive and engaging. Consider user flows, navigation patterns, and feedback mechanisms.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement. Analyze test results and iterate on designs accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.
- **Accessibility**: Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities by following best practices and guidelines such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
- **Documentation**: Create design documentation including design specs, style guides, and design systems to facilitate collaboration and maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design. Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
