**Role Overview**
We are looking for a visually driven and conceptually mature **Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Specialist** who lives and breathes design. This role demands more than just software proficiency—it seeks a **visual storyteller** who understands color psychology, design principles, marketing communication, and user experience.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand language of Vardaam and its clients across web, digital, and marketing assets. From high-impact social media creatives to intuitive UI mockups, your design thinking will power both beauty and business logic.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design & Brand Visuals**
- Design logos, icons, and illustrations that carry depth and visual coherence
- Translate abstract ideas or briefs into meaningful visual stories
- Ensure consistency in design language across internal and external communication

**UI/UX Design**
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for websites, web apps, landing pages, and SaaS products
- Collaborate with developers to hand off Figma/XD prototypes with responsive specs
- Understand user psychology and behavior to suggest UX enhancements
- Create clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions

**Strategic Collaboration**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with marketing, sales, and product teams to align visual direction with business goals
- Collaborate with content writers and digital marketers to create on-brand, high-conversion creatives
- Bring design maturity and challenge ordinary thinking with tasteful innovation

**Must-Have Skills & Expertise**

**Graphic Design**
- Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong sense of color theory, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics
- Ability to design visual narratives with clarity and emotion

**UI/UX Design**
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience in designing responsive layouts for web and mobile interfaces
- Understanding of modern UI/UX principles and design systems

**Advertising & Marketing Understanding**
- Working knowledge of visual hierarchy in marketing design
- Ability to design for conversions (CTAs, landing pages, performance campaigns)
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and how visuals influence decision-making
