A UI/UX designer with two years of experience typically has the following responsibilities:
Immediate joiner
- **User research**: Collect and evaluate user requirements, and analyze user feedback
- **Design**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet user and business needs
- **Testing**: Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of the design
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with the product's goals
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain usability documentation
- **Graphic design**: Create unique graphic designs, and adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design
- **Prototyping**: Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look
- **User interface elements**: Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets
- **Accessibility**: Design for accessibility standards

A UI/UX designer with two years of experience should also have strong design skills and be well versed with current web standards. They should also have proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, and InVision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
