Minimal Dot is seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products.

As a UI/UX Designer at Minimal Dot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- **Wire framing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- **UI Design**: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand's style and guidelines.
- **UX Design**: Define user flows, information architecture, and user journeys to enhance the overall user experience.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development teams.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and the quality of our designs.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centre design principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile design best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
- Bonus Qualifications:

- Experience working in [relevant industry or technology].
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year
