## **Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation, management, and submission of
tender documents in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Ensure all tender-related documentation is accurate,
complete, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to ensure smooth document flow.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure deadlines are

## **Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the

pharmaceutical tender business.
- Proven track record in managing and submitting

pharmaceutical tender documents and managing the associated processes.
- Strong understanding of tender-related

regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management

skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a

team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and

verbal, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and

experience with tender management systems.
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on

accuracy and compliance.
