**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including tender identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities
- Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of tender activities
- Prepare reports : Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs
- Monitor and track tender outcomes and provide regular reports to the management team
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tendering regulations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to win tenders
- Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favourable agreements

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

**Experience**
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a tender-oriented environment, like bid writing, procurement, project management or project coordination.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures in India.
- Proficiency in using relevant procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with e-tendering processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
