**Tender Preparation**:

- Analyze project requirements, tender documents, and specifications.
- Prepare competitive tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, costing) to gather inputs for tender preparation.
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Perform detailed cost estimation for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted works.
- Prepare cost breakdown structures and assess risks related to cost and timelines.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor proposals for technical compliance and cost efficiency.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that tender submissions comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain tender records, pricing data, and documents for future reference.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
- Clarify queries raised by clients during the tendering process.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:

- Follow up with clients on tender outcomes.
- Assist in negotiations and finalization of contract agreements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
