We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Social Media Associate Manager** to lead our social media efforts and grow our brand presence. In this role, you will create innovative content strategies, manage online communities, and deliver measurable results across various social media platforms. **You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns** that resonate with our audience and drive engagement, loyalty, and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy**:

- Plan and implement strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish platform-specific content.
- Collaborate on visuals, videos, and campaign assets.

**3. Community Management**:

- Respond to comments/messages and nurture community engagement.
- Monitor and manage online reputation.

**4. Performance Tracking**:

- Analyze metrics like engagement and conversions.
- Optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

**5. Trendspotting**:

- Stay updated on trends, features, and competitor strategies.
- Experiment with creative content formats.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams for consistency.
- Build partnerships with influencers and content creators.

**7. Budget Management**:

- Oversee social media budgets and allocate resources effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the lifestyle, adventure, or optics industry.
- Experience managing influencer relationships and collaborations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
