We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience who has a passion for social media and is eager to learn and grow. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for executing organic social media strategies across multiple platforms, assisting in content creation, and engaging with our online community to drive brand awareness and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and execution of organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, and short videos, in line with brand guidelines and target audience interests.

Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools while adhering to the content calendar and brand voice.

Monitor social media platforms daily to respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers to foster a positive community.

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach, and provide insights for optimization.

Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance our organic social presence.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
6 months to 1 year of experience in managing organic social media accounts (internship or agency experience is a plus).

Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.

Understanding of organic social media strategies to drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
