**Job Overview**:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role involves coordinating office operations, supporting staff, maintaining office supplies, and handling basic accounting and HR support functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist in managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and proper inventory management.
- Maintain office records, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
