At Paytm Insider we're looking for a Brand Designer to join our team.

As a Brand Designer within our marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, and design team to create compelling and cohesive brand assets that resonate with our target audience. Your creative expertise and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing brand recognition and driving engagement. You will mentor a team of designers, guide in terms of design direction, and critique and drive brand projects by delegating them between resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills by being the voice of the team, leading the team with design direction, feedback and imparting knowledge for their growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
- Design and produce eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with copywriters to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages and brand positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute larger design projects or acquire specialised skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience ( 3-5 years )as a brand designer, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Strong portfolio should include a generous amount of work showcasing brand identity design, layout design, and brand collaterals for both outdoor and digital media.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
- Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding design solutions.
- A passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
