**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our edu-tech products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
