**Job description**

**About the Role**

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in executing impactful marketing campaigns and driving outreach initiatives to expand our reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and other channels.
- Develop engaging and impactful content tailored for various marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage marketing outreach efforts, including communication with schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct calling outreach to potential partners or clients to support marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign ideas.

- Ability to create and execute well-structured marketing campaigns.
- Proactive and organized approach to managing outreach efforts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in creating content for social media and websites.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or marketing software.
- Exposure to outreach or sales communication, especially in the education sector.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign success.
- Prior internship or freelance experience in marketing or operations.
