**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors to achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Monitor daily activities, performance, and progress of the admissions team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle escalated inquiries and resolve issues raised by prospective students or team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and admission ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with internal admission policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and admission events.
- Train new admission counselors and oversee their onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing/Business preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in student admissions or counseling, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving admission targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
