Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries for admissions.
  • Counsel students and parents about available courses, fees, duration, and benefits.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain proper records of leads and conversions in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth admissions.
  • Provide accurate information and build trust with potential students.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or education industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under target-based environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
