Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Admission Counselor
who can lead by example — guiding prospective students through the entire admission process, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent student experience. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, empathetic, and well-versed in the online education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and working professionals about online degree programs (MBA, BBA, MCA, etc.) offered by partner universities.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful admissions while maintaining conversion rate targets.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and provide daily/weekly reports on lead progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and student experience.
  • Train and mentor junior counselors as part of the admissions team.
  • Stay updated with university policies, course details, and admission timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in student counseling, EdTech sales, or university admissions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and CRM tools.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping learners grow in their careers.
