We are looking for a **Onsite Coordinator** to join our team.

**Years of Experience
- 2+ year**

**Degree qualified : Bachelor of Architecture/ B.E.Civil Engineer**

**Software Skills:

- AutoCAD**

- Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore**

**Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Onsite coordinator will plan, organize, and direct the activities of a project, under the direction of a general manager.
- You will work on-site, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project.
- You will work for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- You will develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare progress reports for head office team and clients.
- Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.

**As a On-site coordinator, you need to**:

- Speak, write and read English.
- Have good project administration and management skills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, and building codes and regulations.
- Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software.
- Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
