**Roles And Responsibilities**:
Lead the team of OPT Recruiters / W2 Recruiters.

Capable of getting students for any technology training. Strong communication convincing skills. Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.

Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types. Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
