**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Packaging & Procurement Executive** to manage the sourcing and procurement of various packaging materials (**e.g., mono cartons, labels, boxes, tapes, blister packs)** for IT hardware products like **Mouse, keyboards, SSDs, HDDs, Cabinets, mouse pads etc**. The role includes vendor management, price negotiation, inventory control, and coordinating customized **printing on packaging materials**as per product and branding requirements, ensuring timely availability and quality compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Procurement of Packaging Materials**:

- Identify, source, and procure suitable packaging materials for various IT hardware products, ensuring durability, cost-effectiveness, and branding consistency.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Monitor stock inflow and outflow and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.

**Vendor Sourcing & Management**:

- Source reliable vendors for packaging materials, gift items, and raw materials.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

**Price Negotiation**:

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining material quality standards.

**Gift Item Sourcing**:

- Identify and source customized or promotional gift items related to IT hardware packaging and branding activities.

**Printing Coordination**:

- Manage all printing requirements, including product boxes, sleeves, stickers, labels, and inserts.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate print production, coordinating with printing vendors and the design team.

**Raw Material Sourcing**:

- Procure raw materials required for the packaging of IT products, ensuring their availability in line with production and dispatch schedules.

**Cross-functional Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth integration of packaging and printing functions into the overall operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience**in procurement and inventory roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of packaging materials and processes
- Knowledge of printing types and techniques is a plus
- Proficient in **MS Excel and inventory management software**:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in IT/electronics hardware sector is highly preferred
