**Position Overview**:
As a **Travel Executive**, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with travel planning, booking services, and offering personalized travel solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best travel options. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen interest in travel, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Consultation**:
- Assist clients in selecting travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other services based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about travel options and itineraries.
- **Booking & Reservations**:
- Handle the booking process for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure all reservations are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and address any changes or cancellations.
- **Itinerary Planning**:
- Create customized travel itineraries for clients based on their specific preferences, including sightseeing tours, activities, and other experiences.
- Suggest unique travel experiences and local attractions to enhance the customer’s journey.
- Ensure all details of the travel plan are well-organized, including transportation, accommodations, and activity bookings.
- **Sales & Promotions**:
- Promote travel packages, special offers, and seasonal discounts to potential customers.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, premium accommodations, or upgrades when appropriate.
- Work to meet individual and team sales targets to contribute to the growth of the branch.
- **Customer Service & Support**:
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer concerns or issues quickly and efficiently, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure that all travel documentation, including itineraries, confirmations, and visas, are properly prepared and provided to clients.
- Stay updated on travel industry regulations, including visa requirements and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and transactions.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve processes and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the travel industry is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for travel will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A keen interest in travel and a solid understanding of popular destinations and tourism trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of booking platforms or CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
