**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience while managing administrative duties. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric attitude in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greeting and Assisting Patients:
Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
Direct patients to appropriate waiting areas or departments.
Answer general inquiries and provide necessary information to patients and visitors.
2. Managing Phone Calls and Appointments:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments, office hours, and other healthcare services.
3. Patient Registration:
Ensure all necessary patient information is collected and accurately entered into the system.
Verify patient insurance details, contact information, and medical history as needed.
Prepare and maintain patient files in accordance with healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
4. Administrative Support:
Assist with office and clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
Prepare and organize patient charts and medical records for healthcare providers.
Ensure waiting areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
5. Coordination with Healthcare Staff:
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and assist with any specific patient needs.
Alert medical staff of patient arrivals and ensure timely patient processing.
Pay: Up to ₹25,554.61 per month
