The Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad is a premier AACSB-accredited management institute with a legacy of over four decades in grooming leadership through innovation, experiential learning, and strong industry engagement. IMT’s CRT team is responsible for driving institutional relations with corporates, ensuring top-tier recruitment opportunities, and promoting industry-academia collaboration.

**Position Summary**:
The Corporate Outreach team member will be responsible for enhancing IMT Ghaziabad’s corporate interface by actively building and nurturing relationships with organizations across sectors. The role demands proactive outreach, strategic engagement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to strengthen the institution’s positioning as a preferred destination for management talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Corporate Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new corporate partners for recruitment, internships, live projects, and other engagement initiatives.
- Deepen engagement with existing recruiters through regular communication, relationship management, and customized value propositions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the institute and corporate representatives.

Placement Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with the placements team and student committees to facilitate summer and final placement processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination of logistics, pre-placement talks (PPTs), interviews, and feedback collection.
- Address corporate requirements and queries promptly and professionally.

Industry Interface & Outreach
- Organize guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, and speaker sessions with industry experts.
- Support institutional efforts to increase visibility among key industry stakeholders.
- Represent IMT Ghaziabad at external events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Data Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain up-to-date records of corporate interactions, placement trends, and recruiter engagement metrics.
- Generate and present reports and dashboards to the CRT leadership for strategic planning.

Marketing & Communication Support
- Contribute to the creation of corporate brochures, newsletters, and digital communication materials.
- Work with the marketing team to promote placement-related achievements and industry collaborations.

**Desired Profile**:
Education: Post Graduate degree minimum, MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years in corporate outreach, business development, recruitment coordination, or institutional relations. Prior experience in a B-school, higher education institution, or HR/BD role in corporates will be an advantage.
