Job Description Designation- Manager/Assistant Manager Corporate Outreach (Fundraising) Location- Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi(Hybrid model) Salary- Upto 12 lpa Desired Profile Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate fund raising. Proven experience in corporate outreach, partnership development, or fundraising (preferably in the social impact / non-profit sector) Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to conduct market research and build a robust pipeline of corporate prospects. Responsibilities Establishing connections with corporates to identify opportunities to partner with ANUDIP for its objectives and activities. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to ANUDIP by working closely with them to meet the org agenda. Managing the relationship with our clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for ANUDIP through Engagement opportunities Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates. Managing the portfolio of clients to convert into income & maintain relationships, with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts. Utilize various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping the objective of fundraising in mind. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate donations and partnerships. Customize partnership packages to align with corporate donors CSR objectives and Anudip's mission. Collaborate internally with program and leadership teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals. Represent ANUDIP in corporate forums, events, and stakeholder meetings to promote partnerships and visibility. Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.
