**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Source and purchase materials, goods, and services as per company requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation.
- **Tally Management**:

- Utilize Tally for maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a procurement role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
