**Meghavi Wellness Spa is hiring for the Call Center Executive**:
**Position**: Customer Service Advisor

Note: Inbound/Outbound (Blended) depending upon the client requirement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**: This is a premium blended process for our hospitality business (Customer Service)
- 6 day working (Rotational week-off)
- Responsible for upselling on Feedback calls and renewal related services
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize

**Language Mandatory**:Hindi & English, Native Languages

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
